Perimeter Town Center is a staged redevelopment of one of Metro Atlanta's premiere corners: Peachtree-Dunwoody Road and Hammond Drive. In 2003, Ackerman & Co., along with Northwestern Mutual Life and CORO Realty Advisors, purchased a 20-acre, 293,000 square foot office park formerly known as Corporate Campus with a gradual mixed-use transformation in mind. Over the course of the next few years, we will convert this older yet highly functional office park into a premier lifestyle and business center that will change the landscape of what we know today as Central Perimeter.

The first phase of redevelopment is now complete with two very unique mixed-use medical buildings. On the northwest quadrant of the property, we developed Building 1140 - a three-story, 70,000 square foot glass statement that houses both a true Class ‘A’ medical office experience and premium ground level retail. We are proud to be the Perimeter home to Piedmont Hospital, Piedmont Healthcare, Cardio Vascular Services of America, Uncle Julio’s Fine Mexican Cuisine,  Rising Roll Gourmet, Figo Pasta and Dressed Salads. Uncle Julio’s projected opening into the two-story, 12,000 square foot space is scheduled for November 1, 2009.

Building 1150 is a unique medical office building designed perfectly for the efficiency and amenity-conscience physician in mind. The seven-level building will be in floor-to-floor lockstep with a very generous parking facility, allowing doctors and patients alike to literally drive to their respective elevated suites and simply walk over into their offices. Moreover, the hassle of paid parking typically associated with medical offices is no longer; the parking is spacious, proximate, covered, and free -- all benefits business and patients will appreciate. The ground level will be punctuated by The Goddard School - a premium daycare provider serving the busy working parents of Central Perimeter.

The next phases of Perimeter Town Center promise to continue the urban trend. Beginning in 2010, Perimeter Town Center will commence showcasing Perimeter’s next destination hotel, a 160 room Starwood aLoft featuring Perimeter’s first roof-top bar. In addition, Perimeter Town Center will turn the dirt on what will be next superluxe senior condominium destination which will feature a public theatre.
