Kris Miller, CPA, CCIM – Mr. Miller has been President of Ackerman & Co. since 1997 with the bottom line responsibility for all its operating activities – investment, brokerage, management, and leasing. Under his leadership, the gross commission volume in the brokerage and leasing operations has quadrupled, the square footage under management has tripled, and more than $500 million of client and house equity has been profi tably invested in Southeastern real estate. Mr. Miller oversees the acquisition and development of all new properties and is personally responsible for delivering returns on capital invested with the fi rm. Prior to joining Ackerman, Mr. Miller was a Vice President at Citicorp, where he managed Citicorp’s Atlanta Real Estate Office and negotiated, structured and closed more than 100 major transactions that included investments and joint ventures in multi-family, offi ce, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties and both public and private debt capitalization deals. Mr. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics. His holds the designations of Certifi ed Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certifi ed Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Miller is a past president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Offi ce Properties (NAIOP), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Young President’s Organization (YPO). He is a Board member of Financial Executives Institute and sits on the Board of Councilors at The Carter Center.

Chadd Evans – Mr. Evans is a Vice President with Ackerman & Co. responsible for acquisitions and asset management for the company's principal investment business. In that effort, he has underwritten more than $2 billion of real estate. Recently, he led an acquisition team on a $600 million bid for FDIC owned assets. In his asset management role, he is in charge of determining investment strategy for portfolio assets totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Through his leadership of Ackerman's Advisory Services Group, he has provided real estate advice to clients on a variety of commercial projects in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, thereby assessing competitive market conditions, performing due diligence for acquisition and disposition of properties, and overseeing the development of strategies for investment management and debt restructuring.
Mr. Evans holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia. He is a Level III CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Candidate.

David Green, CPA – Mr. Green is Principal of Trinity Development Group where he spends a majority of his time discovering distressed debt opportunities, valuing the underlying collateral, and investing in attractive opportunities. A Certifi ed Public Accountant, Mr. Green began his career at Ernst and Young, LLP after graduating from Auburn University’s Master of Accountancy program. At Ernst and Young, Mr. Green was a member of the Assurance and Advisory team where he performed fi nancial statement audits and Sarbanes Oxley compliance work, primarily for fi nancial institutions. After leaving Ernst and Young, he joined Priority Developers, Inc., a Tampa, Florida based residential land developer focused on land banking for national homebuilders. There Mr. Green’s primary function was to serve as corporate controller, in that position Mr. Green was responsible for corporate wide fi nancial accounting and compliance for Priority and Priority subsidiaries, project underwriting and budgeting, monitoring company cash fl ow, and consulting with lenders and investors to obtain project fi nancing. Mr. Green is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs, a member of the American Institute of Certifi ed Public Accountants, and a member of the Atlanta Chapter of Urban Land Institutes Young Leader’s Group.

Carl Streck – Mr. Streck is Principal of Trinity Development Group where he focuses on discovering distressed debt opportunities, meeting with existing capital partners, and forming relationships with potential investors. Mr. Streck has taken the relationships from his years in the development business and now uses those to fi nd new sources of deals. He began his career at Priority Developers, Inc., where he began running the acquisition and development division of the company in 2003. While with Priority Developers, Mr. Streck acquired numerous projects, oversaw the development of hundreds of single and multi-family lots, and contracted with National homebuilders to repurchase the fi nished lots. Mr. Streck serves as a consultant for one of the world’s leading network of experts in various fi elds, including Real Estate. He has distinguished himself from many of his peers by being in the top 5% of the network’s consultants. Mr. Streck has led numerous round table groups, conferences, and private consultations for leading money management fi rms. Mr. Streck is a graduate of Auburn University. He is a Board member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, Florida Home Builders Association and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
