Professional Experience

Sereda Trammell joined Ackerman & Co. in 2007 as Director of Accounting. She brought with her a wealth of experience and expertise in managerial and real estate accounting. She is responsible for managing the accounting department and ensuring adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard all managed property assets. Prior to her arrival, Sereda worked for Cousins Properties as Assistant Controller for Office Division and Shared Services Director. She was responsible for a number of multi-million dollar properties, One Ninety One, Bank of America, American Cancer Society (formerly Inforum), and One Georgia Center. Sereda began her career in real estate accounting with Cushman and Wakefield in 1991 as a project accountant. In 1994 she joined CARTER & Associates where she was promoted to Sr. Accountant.
