Professional Experience

Bobby Rauckman joined Ackerman & Co. in 2003 as Chief Engineer for the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio encompassing more than 4 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout the Southeast. Mr. Rauckman has more than 36 years of experience in Facilities Management and Construction Management for office, industrial, business park and retail properties.

Mr Rauckman’s expertise and industry knowledge contribute to Ackerman’s ability to help save property owners an average of 6% on operating costs within the first three years of operation.

Prior to joining Ackerman, he was Chief Engineer with CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. at its Corporate Campus property in Atlanta.

• Replaced four chillers at Centrum at Glenridge, Phoenix Office Park, Premier Plaza, and 9000
  Central Park
• Assisted in construction management of two new buildings, encompassing more than 400,000
  square feet, at Perimeter Town Center, and 484,375 square feet of AT&T office buildings in
  Alabama
• Regularly tapped to manage build-out and interior remodeling for Ackerman & Co. tenants
• Managed and successfully oversaw the complex repair and retrofitting of an HVAC System at
  One West Court Square
• Retrofitted new HVAC Control system at AT&T Headquarters in Birmingham Alabama,
  Centrum at Glenridge, Phoenix Office Park, and Windward Parkway
