John Willig has more than 20 years experience coordinating in excess of 2 million square feet of commercial. Mr. Willig joined Ackerman & Co. in 2000 as Senior Vice President and Development Partner. Mr. Willig is responsible for the success of Ackerman & Co.’s medical and mixed-use developments from sourcing new opportunities through implementation. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Willig was Vice President at Carter & Associates where he was the Officer-in-Charge and Project Project Director of build-to-suit and equity developments in Atlanta, Central Florida, and Nashville. Mr. Willig has also served as Vice President/ Project Manager for Congress Group Properties in Boston; Economic Development Director for the Boston Redevelopment Authority; and Project Manager for the Johnson & Johnson subsidiary that developed its new world headquarters.
