Professional Experience

Ted Schwartz is a Senior Vice President with Ackerman & Co. specializing in tenant representation for the metro Atlanta office market. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Schwartz was the top Associate Producer at Alan Joel Partners during the period from 1999 to 2001. The majority of Mr. Schwartz’s work has been in metro Atlanta commercial office leasing and sales. In addition to tenant representation, Mr. Schwartz has been involved in landlord representation in the North Fulton office market. Two of his recent assignments are The Lake at Northpoint, a 105,000 sf class A office building located at 1805 Old Alabama Road and Project Manager for a new 60,000 sf in Alpharetta for AdvanceED.
