Professional Experience

Shea joined Ackerman & Co. in 2009 and is an Associate in the brokerage division, focusing on Office tenant representation in-town and throughout metro Atlanta. Shea assists the client throughout the transaction process, from defining space requirements through construction and move-in.

Shea provides brokerage services to local, regional and national companies, offering solutions in a variety of areas including lease negotiation, space evaluation, survey and analysis of available properties, and client-specific market data. Shea also establishes and maintains excellent relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Ackerman & Co. Shea was President and CEO of Meddin Technologies, a computer training and repair firm. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University with a degree in Communications and Business.
