Sean Patrick joined Ackerman & Co. in 2009 as a Vice President in Brokerage. Sean Patrick is one of metro Atlanta’s leading professionals in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. As a member of Ackerman’s Investment Sales Advisory team, he represents both buyers and sellers in strategic and opportunity investments. Mr. Patrick guides clients to achieve the best pricing possible in all deals. Mr. Patrick is able to use his development and engineering background to serve private equity partners and investors in seeking the best investment opportunities. In recent years, Mr. Patrick has tallied more than $85 million in investment sales transactions. With his diverse background he guides clients through difficult and complex deals in the metro Atlanta area and southeast region. Teaming up with Ackerman & Co’s Medical services platform, he is also currently focused on medical investment sales.
Prior to joining Ackerman, Mr. Patrick was a Vice President with Bullock Mannelly Partners for twelve years in Atlanta and a Project Manager with Wolverton & Associates and PBS&J for three years.
- Representing SunTrust and other regional/community banks in the disposition of commercial income assets.
- Working with one of the highest rated special servicer’s in the country in the asset management and disposition of real estate owned commercial income assets.
- Sold more than $85 million of investment sales, for a variety of metro area projects and investors including: 49 acres of bank-owned property for a multifamily project; four Hotel sites totaling 11 acres and $8.3 million in Orlando; a $9.3 million, 30.5 acre mixed use land in the City of Milton; a $3 million, 5.2 acre Hotel parcel in Gwinnett County; a 22-acre municipal investment transaction in Douglas County for $2.2 million.
- Sold seven acres to Verizon Wireless for its $8 million, 45,000-square-foot switch facility/office build-to-suit.
- Sold eight retail outparcel sites – totaling 13 acres -- adjacent to the Wal-mart and Home Depot-anchored Trotters Commercial Center in Scottsboro, Alabama.
- Assisted in the acquisition of the first tract in Alpharetta’s Preston Ridge that led to a six-story Class A office building.
