Mike Myrick Professional Experience Michael K. Myrick joined Ackerman & Co. in 2006 as Senior Vice President - Brokerage, specializing in land and industrial properties. Mr. Myrick has been active in real estate since 1978 when he began investing in real estate both in partnerships and individually. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Myrick was Vice President of Commercial & Investment Properties for The Myrick Company, LLC. While Mr. Myrick's primary focus is on industrial properties and land, his experience also includes both sales and leasing of office and retail properties. Mr. Myrick has represented owners and purchasers on the sale of properties and landlords and tenants for the leasing of industrial and office properties. In 1999, Mr. Myrick earned his CCIM designation. In 2003, he received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. Mr. Myrick has worked in partnership with Ginny King since 1995. Mr. Myrick and Ms. King have a combined 40 years of commercial real estate experience and have developed many long term relationships by always striving to meet their clients' needs.
