Kyle Gable joined Ackerman & Co. in 2009 as a Vice President with the Investment Sales Team after spending three years with Bullock Mannelly Partners. As a member of the Investment Sales Team at Ackerman & Co., Mr. Gable specializes in evaluating and selling undeveloped and developed land for commercial and residential uses in the major growth corridors of the Metropolitan Atlanta Area. Mr. Gable has represented both buyers and sellers, has assisted clients in assembling land parcels to optimize the value of the overall parcels and advised clients as to how to maximize the value of their properties. Based on an appraisal background, Mr. Gable has unique research capabilities that help solve the many issues that affect every real estate. Since spring of 2008, he has exclusively represented numerous banks including Bank of North Georgia, Regions Bank, GMAC Rescap, and others in the disposition of bank owned assets in the Metro Atlanta market.
In 2011, Kyle was selected by the National Association of Realtors as a “30 Under 30” member. Each year the National Association of Realtors, which is North America’s largest trade association and has over 1.2 million members, selects 30 realtors as that year’s “30 Under 30” class and Kyle was selected as a member of the Class of 2011.
- Represented Mountain Funding Real Estate Capital in the purchase of over 2,500
single family lots and 2,000 acres in Metro Atlanta from a regional bank. The total
unpaid principal balance of loans secured by the assets was in excess of $160 million.These closings occurred at the end of the 1st quarter and end of 2nd quarter 2010.
- Represented the Douglas County Government in the purchase of 37 acres adjacent to the county courthouse and government facilities for future growth. Transaction value of $8.5 million.
- Represented Bank of North Georgia in the sale of multiple assets including Wilkens Walk, a 20+/- acre property zoned for 114 housing units.
- Represented Regions Banks in the sale of multiple assets including Enclave at Hidden Hills, a 22 lot subdivision in Cobb County.
- Represented SunTrust in the sale of multiple assets including Scenic View, a 99 lot subdivision in Gwinnett County.
- Represented GMAC Rescap in the disposition of 129 single family lots in Laurel Canyon. Mr. Gable also represented them in the sale of 312 acres, entitled for 766 residential units and commercial uses in Fulton County.
- Represented ARK in the acquisition of a Regions loan that was secured by numerous building lots in the Waters, a high end residential development just outside Montgomery, Alabama.
- Conducted more than 1,000 residential appraisals in more than 20 metro area counties.
