Professional Experience

Kate Sharp specializes in the industrial market. She focuses on providing brokerage services and solutions. These services include lease negotiation, space evaluation and survey and analysis of available properties. Ms. Sharp has a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service and timely satisfaction of product need. Prior to joining Ackerman and Co., she has successfully merged business objectives with customer needs to increase sales. Ms. Sharp managed all aspects of designing Forsyth Racquet Club and served as general contractor for the development of the club. She sold and structured all club memberships and created programs for over 800 tennis players. Ms. Sharp also coordinated all the facilities maintenance and inventory management.
