Professional Experience

Joshua Gregory joined Ackerman & Co. in February of 2004. Mr. Gregory specializes in land and building sales as well as tenant representation in leasing, acquiring, and disposing of office, medical office, educational and industrial space. Mr. Gregory provides brokerage services to local and national companies in a variety of areas including marketing solutions and real estate advisory services. In addition, Mr. Gregory provides landlord representation for office, medical, education and industrial space for lease or sale in metro Atlanta. Previously, Mr. Gregory worked for Atlanta based development group, Miller Gallman Developers, LLC. Mr. Gregory assisted Miller Gallman in the sales of a loft project in Midtown, as well as converted Whitehall Mill Lofts from an apartment complex to condominiums. While with Miller Gallman, Mr. Gregory oversaw management and marketing of loft and mixed-use properties. He was also responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, negotiating construction contracts and bidding, as well as property management.
