Professional Experience

Josh Baine joined Ackerman & Co. in 2011 specializing in office leasing. He currently leases Perimeter Town Center and Corporate Forum, Class A and B projects in the Central Perimeter and Cumberland/Galleria market. Josh is responsible for marketing, advertising, proposal and lease preparation and all related lease negotiations. He oversees budgeting, monthly reporting, tenant construction and tenant relations. Additionally, Josh leverages his background and experience in the areas of general business consulting, marketing, sales, and finance to offer clients a unique, comprehensive approach to providing real estate services. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Baine was an associate in the tenant advisory services group of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. Before that, Mr. Baine worked with The Dorey Companies in Atlanta, leading sales of the company’s online real estate data system and analyzing data for clients and client prospects. He also has utilized his financial expertise while serving in the U.S. Army, where he worked in a number of leadership positions.
