Professional Experience

James S. Stevens is a Vice President in Ackerman & Co.’s Brokerage Division. Mr. Stevens specializes in office and industrial brokerage and brings his clients over twelve years of real estate experience. Mr. Stevens began his real estate career in 1997 with PBB, Inc. - a firm focused primarily on investment property sales. In 1999 he was recruited to Massell Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in office and industrial tenant representation. Mr. Stevens is currently the exclusive representative of approximately 1,000,000 square feet in the Atlanta market. His responsibilities include analyzing and setting annual budgets, forecasting future revenue, developing annual marketing plans, generating new leases, and developing plans for tenant retention. Mr. Stevens also has over twelve years experience in investment property sales and tenant representation. He consistently averages over thirty transactions per year and has worked with clients ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 75,000 square feet. He has been recognized numerous times in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Atlanta Business Chronicle for his accomplishments.
