Professional Experience

Jason Powell joined Ackerman & Co. Brokerage in 2006 and is focused on investment sales transactions throughout the Southeast. Mr. Powell specializes in serving local, regional and national owners with project acquisition and disposition services. Mr. Powell works with the client throughout the transaction process, from identifying value-add investment opportunities to assisting in the disposition of stabilized assets. Mr. Powell has established and maintains excellent relationships with a wide array of investors throughout North America. Since joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Powell has successfully completed over 75 transactions. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Powell worked in real estate development with The Columns Groups Inc.
