Professional Experience

Jason Powell joined Ackerman & Co. Brokerage in 2006 and is focused on both office and industrial leasing and sales transactions. Mr. Powell specializes in serving local, regional and national companies in lease negotiations, space evaluation, survey and analysis and client-specific market data, and has a successful track record of assisting upstart companies in finding headquarters space and existing firms expanding to new locations. Mr. Powell works with the client throughout the transaction process, from defining space requirements through construction and move-in. He also establishes and maintains excellent relationships and has managed the real estate needs of clients throughout the nation. Throughout his career, Mr. Powell has successfully negotiated over 60 leasing and sales transactions. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Powell worked in development with The Columns Groups Inc.
