Professional Experience

Hunter Carpenter joined Ackerman & Co. in 2007 specializing in Tenant Representation for industrial and office properties throughout the southeast. Mr. Carpenter focuses on providing Brokerage Services to local, regional, and national companies with lease negotiation, space evaluation, survey and analysis of available properties and client specific market data. Mr. Carpenter works with the client throughout the transaction process, from defining the space requirement through construction and move-in. In 2009, Mr. Carpenter expanded his specialization to include a focus on land sales and acquisition. Teaming with Bob Bresee, Vice President of Brokerage – Land, the two currently list nearly 6,000 acres in the greater Atlanta area. Mr. Carpenter grew up in Virginia and received his BA in History from the University of Virginia.
