Professional Experience

Howard Gleiter spent 15 years in the industrial capital goods field with Clark Equipment Company and Caterpillar Company. He successfully held national leadership positions in sales, sales management, and general management in Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia. This broad sales and management experience, as well as his vast exposure to industrial plants and high-tech business requirements, has served him well since joining Ackerman & Co. in early 1982. Since then, he has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial business and office park properties. Mr. Gleiter successfully represents many local and national companies moving to or within the Metro-Atlanta area. Mr. Gleiter's main emphasis is to provide those he represents with the highest quality service and integrity. His history of long-term relationships with his clients demonstrates both integrity and success.
