Ginny King joined Ackerman & Co. in 2006 as Senior Vice President-Brokerage, specializing in industrial properties and land. Ms. King brings over 22 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from brokerage, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Ms. King was Vice President of Commercial & Investment Properties for The Myrick Company. Working in partnership with Mike Myrick since 1995, Ms. King has worked on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including the marketing and sales of undeveloped land, industrial, and office properties and tenant representation of office and industrial properties. In 2005, she received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. Ms. King and Mr. Myrick have a combined 40 years of experience, with a focus on developing long term relationships, meeting all aspects of their clients’ needs.
