Gina DeRaffele is a Senior Vice President with Ackerman & Co., specializing in representing clients in the sale, purchase and leasing of office properties.

Ms. DeRaffele has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, providing valuable solutions focused on acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring leases nationally and locally. She places special emphasis on building strong professional relationships with clients through extensive services, detailed and comprehensive marketing analysis and skilled negotiations, thereby creating maximum value for clients. Ms. DeRaffele focuses on matching clients’ business goals and objectives with the right property in order to meet their overall needs.

Ms. DeRaffele is responsible for an average of 85,000 - 100,000 square feet in transactions per year with many regional and national corporations and firms. She also has a proven track record of negotiating the most favorable lease deals for clients, regardless of macroeconomic conditions, thereby obtaining a significant savings for her clients.

Since 2000, Ms. DeRaffele has executed 150 lease transactions, encompassing over 1,800,000 square feet of office space.

Prior to joining Ackerman & Co. in 2009, Ms. DeRaffele was a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. in Atlanta and Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Co.’s Corporate Services Advisor. She also spent a decade at ICON Commercial Interests LLC, where she was often recognized for her transaction volume and client service.
