Ms. DeRaffele has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, providing valuable solutions focused on acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring leases nationally and locally. Ms. DeRaffele focuses on matching clients’ business goals and objectives with the right property in order to meet their overall needs. Ms. DeRaffele is responsible for an average of 85,000- 100,000 square feet in transactions per year with many regional and national corporations and firms. She also has a proven track record of negotiating the most favorable lease deals for clients, regardless of macroeconomic conditions. During the past three years, Ms. DeRaffele saved her clients an average of $2.75 per square foot on overall lease costs.
