Professional Experience

Gil Russell is a Vice President of Brokerage with Ackerman & Co., specializing in leasing, sales and acquisitions of office assets. He currently leases Johnson Square Office Park, a 12 building, class B office park totaling over 120,000 square feet located in the East Cobb submarket. He also represents the ownership of Winchester Office Park, 1854 Shackleford Court and 8100 Roswell Road. Gil is responsible for marketing, advertising, proposal and lease preparation and all related lease negotiations for the above referenced properties. He oversees budgeting, monthly reporting, tenant construction and tenant relations. Additionally, Gil leverages his market knowledge and experience with sales and acquisitions to offer his clients a unique, comprehensive approach to providing real estate services. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Gil was a Vice President of Landlord Services with Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services, where he started his real estate career in 2005. Since 2005, Gil has completed over 175 leasing, sales and acquisition transactions, totaling over $50 million in volume and representing over 700,000 square feet.
