Frank Farrell Professional Experience Frank Farrell is a Senior Vice President with Ackerman & Co., specializing in office and industrial leasing. He currently leases Premier Plaza and 245 Perimeter Center, Class A projects in the Central Perimeter market. He also has the leasing responsibility for Phoenix Office Park, an eleven building project of 460,000 square feet situated just south of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Frank is responsible for marketing, advertising, proposal and lease preparation and all related lease negotiations. He oversees budgeting, monthly reporting, tenant construction and tenant relations. Frank is a 27-year veteran of the Atlanta commercial real estate industry. He began his career as a tenant representative with Richard Bowers & Company in 1986. Frank has worked directly for REIT owners - Equity Office and Highwoods - as well as third party or joint venture work with AEW, Lehndorf, DLF and various private owners. This experience includes a stint with JT Holding Company where he increased occupancy of the firm's 650,000 square-foot portfolio from 70% to 95% during a two-year period.
