Professional Experience

With more then three decades of sales and marketing experience focused on building relationships and satisfying client needs, Mr. Clementi has established himself as one of Atlanta’s preeminent multifamily and land brokers. Mr. Clementi is Vice President with Ackerman & Co. with responsibilities that focus on land, multifamily, and 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges. Mr. Clementi has established close working relationships with various institutional partners, property owners and investors throughout the U.S.

Mr. Clementi works to connect both investors with local property owners, evaluating a number of criteria, including investment goals, property types, projected income streams, and client-specific market data. His vast experience in all facets of the business has allowed him to become proficient in the negotiation process involving real estate contracts, determining land values for single and mixed-use developments, and understanding related matters of planning and zoning. Mr. Clementi works with the client throughout the transaction process, and has established and maintains excellent relationships of clients throughout the nation.

Prior to joining Ackerman, Mr. Clementi was Vice President with SouthPointe Partners, which merged with Ackerman & Co. He has been responsible for more than $80 million in sales transactions over his career and most recently was involved with over $30 million in multifamily transactions and $18 million in land sales over the last five years.
