Professional Experience
 

David Ellis joined Ackerman & Co. in 2005, specializing in tenant and owner representation for both office and industrial properties. Mr. Ellis’ professional experience has led him to assisting both local companies and national corporations in everything from negotiating and evaluating leases, surveying of real estate market conditions to advisory and sales representation of properties. Mr. Ellis currently is the exclusive representative of more than 1-million square feet of office and industrial properties, both for lease and for sale throughout metro Atlanta. Mr. Ellis also has experience assisting banks and other financial institutions with their real estate portfolios and investments.

Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Ellis worked in the Real Estate Department of Atlanta-based restaurateur Waffle House Inc. Mr. Ellis’ primary goals are to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and service.
