Charles Pastore joined Ackerman & Co. in 2010 with a distinct concentration in retail investment sales throughout the southeast region. Mr. Pastore specializes in advising clients in the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers and single tenant, net leased properties. His objective is to provide consummate speed to the market, strong property underwriting, and maximum exposure for all listings, yielding the highest possible pricing and assurance of closing.
Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Pastore was a member of the National Retail Investment Group with CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta. As the team’s Financial Analyst, he was responsible for the underwriting and financial due diligence for institutional retail properties. Mr. Pastore has been involved in asset sales for institutional owners totaling over $447 million. He is currently receiving a Masters degree in Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from Emory University.
