Professional Experience

Carey Davidson joined Ackerman & Co. in 2007 as part of the internship program and then in 2008 he joined the brokerage department specializing in Tenant Representation for office properties throughout the southeast. Mr. Davidson focuses on providing Brokerage Services to local, regional, and national companies with lease negotiation, space evaluation, survey and analysis of available properties and client specific market data. Mr. Davidson works with the client throughout the transaction process, from defining the space requirement through construction and move-in. He received his Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Georgia.
