Bryant Cornett Professional Experience Bryant Cornett serves Ackerman & Co. as a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services. Mr. Cornett's experience in business and commercial real estate is unique in the marketplace for his broad range of experience. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Cornett was a Manager with Farrington Design Group, an architecture and design firm that serviced corporate national accounts such as Cox Communications, The St. Paul, and Cisco Systems. Prior to that, Mr. Cornett founded PiAsian Limited Partnership, a services brokerage firm based in Vietnam that helped Asian companies form partner-ships in the United States. Mr. Cornett has a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning. Mr. Cornett brings a high-level "big picture" view to lease negotiations and real estate portfolio leveling. Mr. Cornett specializes in representing the real estate interests of growing companies, land acquisitions, and project development. Additionally, he has developed niches by representing hospitals and healthcare organizations and maximizing value through equity ownership in real estate.
