Professional Experience

Bret Sanders joined Ackerman & Co. in 2008 specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation for corporations and small busineses throughout the southeast. Mr. Sanders focuses on providing Brokerage Services to local, regional, and national companies with lease negotiation, space evaluation, survey and analysis of available properties and client specific market data. Mr. Sanders works with the client throughout the transaction process, from defining the space requirement through construction and move-in.

Prior to joining Ackerman, Mr. Sanders was tapped for two separate commercial real estate internship programs, one with FOG Capital Inc. and also with Gunthert Co. He received his Bachelors in Finance from the University of Alabama.
