Brandon Cramer joined Ackerman & Co. in 2010 as Vice President of the Brokerage Division. Mr. Cramer brings a well-diversified background which includes work in the office, retail, and land development sectors of commercial real estate. He has assisted clients with their site selection needs across the country, and has a firm understanding of potential site evaluation and demographic research. Mr. Cramer’s focus at Ackerman & Co. is on retail, with a concentration on Lease Negotiations and Single-Tenant/NNN Investments around the Southeastern Region. Mr. Cramer strives to build and maintain an excellent relationship with retail users (Landlord & Tenant) when consulting for their site selection or investment needs.
