Professional Experience

Drawing from his more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bresee has an impressive roster of clients and a vast amount of land sales experience. Mr. Bresee specializes in large land tract transactions for both buyers and sellers. He has been successful at consulting and guiding clients of land holdings along major corridors and highways to optimize assemblages and sell properties at a premium, particularly with his insight into infrastructure design and area growth patterns. Mr. Bresee has aided his many clients by negotiating with various local governments in hundreds of hours of zoning meetings throughout his career.

Mr. Bresee has been involved in the transactional groundwork that has led to some of the metro area’s more notable commercial and residential developments, including the Brookstone Country Club, the Lost Creek community in Paulding County and the Paulding County municipal airport and future technology park.

Most recently, Mr. Bresee directed the land department with Grubb & Ellis Co. in Atlanta, have facilitated more than 4,000 acres of land transactions during his tenure there. Other past employers include Heitman Properties, where he managed more than 3 million square feet of industrial space; Caldwell Watson, where as Director of Research, he managed more than 150 raw land listings; and Willoughby & Sewell Development, where he procured more than 8,000 acres of land for investment and development, and managed the development and lot sales of five major subdivision developments.

Managed approximately 3,000,000 SF of Industrial space. Handled leasing, negotiations, management and budgets.

Procured over 8,000 acres for Investments and Development. Managed builder groups for 5 sudivisions and handled all lot sales.
