Bob Gottlieb is a Vice President of Brokerage Services with Ackerman & Co with more than a dozen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Gottlieb specializes in a variety of commercial real estate sectors, including retail, industrial and multifamily investments, land acquisition, development services and private equity placement. He has managed and placed more than $20 million in retail, land, industrial, and multi-family investment capital.
As an Atlanta resident for more than 30 years, beginning his career soon after college investing and renting residential dwelling in historical Cabbagetown. Soon his investment holdings expanded to apartments and other commercial properties encompassing more than 100,000 square feet. This experience gives Mr. Gottlieb the skills and sensitivity to understand issues and solutions best for owners.
Mr. Gottlieb graduated from The University of Georgia in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
