Drawing from his 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bresee has been an impressive producer in land sales. Mr. Bresee represents both Buyers and Sellers of small or extremely large land tracts. Mr. Bresee specializes in large rural tracts fronting major freeways, his knowledge of various county and municipality infrastructure of roads, utilities and growth patterns immensely helps in that ability to direct his clients properly. His history of research and market knowledge enables him to educate his clients and assure them of the greatest returns. He has brokered tracts as small as 1 acre to over 5,000 acre tracts.
