William R. Artley Professional Experience Bill Artley joined Ackerman & Co. in 2008 specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation for national corporations, regional and local companies, as well as medical office properties throughout the southeast. Mr. Artley focuses on providing Brokerage Services to office users with lease negotiation, space evaluation, survey and analysis of available properties and client-specific market data. Mr. Artley works with the client throughout the transaction process, from defining the space requirement through construction and move-in. Mr. Artley has nearly eight years of experience in the real estate industry. At the age of 16, Mr. Artley founded Outdoor Services Unlimited, a professional landscaping firm with both residential and commercial clients. He operated the company through both high school and college to help pay for his education. Just prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Mr. Artley was a licensed commercial real estate appraiser and a consultant for a local appraisal firm. His experience garnered valuable knowledge on market data, project feasibility, and property valuation. He received his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of West Georgia.Mr. Artley’s primary goal is to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism,integrity and service.
